  We moved to Kingsport in 2001 and purchased a home in Preston Park. Now 14 years later, as our kids have left the house, we were looking to downsize and possibly build a mountain home in the Asheville area. When the Summit opened we realized that the views from the lots were nicer than anything we saw in the surrounding areas. Rather than visiting a vacation home on weekends we could enjoy the beauty of God’s creation on a daily basis and still be a part of the wonderful Kingsport neighborhood where we raised our family.
